July 2020 | 'Dancing With Disruptive Conflict'. Taking Charge of Conflict in The Workplace for Optimised outcomes presented by Paul Fox

Webinar Description

Do you react or respond to Conflict situations at work? Reaction is the manifestation of emotional knee jerk patterns, or, do you typically respond with reason and enquiry in order to make best use of the situation? Be honest, most of us have had no training in being powerful around conflict and tension.

This event will demonstrate why we are so awkward with conflict, why that matters in terms of our requirement to ‘disrupt’, what it costs on a human scale and how to raise your capability in being able to dance with light feet around conflict to leverage it as a force for opportunity (versus a destructive dark side!).

Many of us are following the inner programming to proactively avoid conflict. Or, we pull on the boxing gloves and get into unproductive attack mode. Or we shut down in the face of conflict and hide in our caves. We can and need to do better; to be able to Dance with Conflict - because that is THE space where Disruptive Conversation and Breakthroughs lies.

(NB A free online personal assessment for understanding your relationship with Conflict will be given to the winner of the web quiz)
