Vip Vyas is acclaimed for advising and partnering with Boards and senior management teams to catalyse rapid shifts in the performance of their businesses and projects He has over 20 years of international experience working with major and mega-project teams in sectors as diverse as oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, power, complex infrastructure, FMCG and technology He has studied Strategy and Execution at the Harvard Business School and is an adjunct at HKU for the MSc Integrated Project Delivery; and Duke CE. He regularly contributes to INSEAD’s Thought Leadership and been published by Forbes. His article “Project Leadership at a Distance” will be published in the summer copy of the APM Project Journal.
About Andy Murray
Andy Murray is the Executive Director of the Major Projects Association (MPA).
He is Chartered Director, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and a member of the Association for Project Management (APM). He is the Deputy Chair of the APM Governance SIG's committee. Andy was the co-lead author of P3M3 v3, the lead author of PRINCE2 2009, a contributing author to the IPA's Project Initiation Routemap, a contributor to APM BoK v6 and Directing Change and he is the sponsor for the update to Co-Directing Change.
