Ciaran is a programme manager with extensive experience in the delivery of large, complex programmes across a range of industry sectors. Ciaran has been an active volunteer holding a number of roles including Vice President and Commercial Director in which he focused on national events including Synergy and Awards. He champions professional development, mentoring and building effective networks.
Shola is an experienced Project Manager, Accountant and Continuous Improvement Professional within Global Business Services, delivering complex transition, systems and process related Projects for the Pharmaceutical sector. She is the Sponsor for Women in Project Management initiatives and an advocate for Student Mentoring. Outside of work, Shola is a musician and singer, loves jazz and gospel music, enjoys adventurous travel and cooking worldwide cuisines. A philanthropist at heart.

In his new role as Director of Technology and Digital Events, he seeks to connect and skill-up PM professionals, and other change makers to deliver projects, at pace and scale to achieve 10x social impact.

Alla has more than eight years of project management, project management office and executive experience and worked closely with PMI for more than eight years; she is a member of steering committee for synergy years 2016-2019 - the flagship event of PMI UK chapter and contributing author at projectmanagement.com.
She is a keynote speaker for project management and leadership topics at PMI, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice in the United Kingdom, universities and other government organisations.
Tunde is a project management consultant and strategy advisor with extensive experience providing strategy for complex projects and managing major programmes, across diverse industry sectors.
He sits on the board of Oxford Urbanists (OU), he is also an active volunteer in the project management domain and has conducted extensive research on megaprojects, infrastructure development and project financing.
Joanna is passionate about Technology, Digital Transformation and Strategy as enablers for successful businesses. She operates globally in the technology and telco markets, and her teams have received global awards for outstanding technical achievement.
Joanna has held board positions with PMI UK (and others) for ten years.
