Webinar Description

The PMI UK Chapter were delighted to host the International Women's Day (IWD). Revisit the event to learn from inspirational speakers on how the divine energy, the feminine strength, can be transformative. The IWD session celebrates women's achievements, raises awareness against prejudice and acts for equality. 2020 has changed us all and given us time to look within, recognising the things that matter to us most. Attendees will gain perspectives on the power of the Modern Women by exploring topics that will allow professionals, women in leadership and project managers to challenge and avoid gender bias, discrimination, and stereotypes to create more inclusive environments.

Women stand at the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis, as health care workers, caregivers, innovators, community organizers and as some of the most exemplary and effective national leaders in combating the pandemic. The crisis has highlighted both the centrality of their contributions and the disproportionate burdens that women carry.

Our IWD event was held on the day recognised globally to celebrate woman and was born from inspiration from the book “Ignite Your Modern Goddess." The agenda was filled with real stories and celebrates women who embody the virtues and multifaceted strengths of the modern goddess.
