February 2018 | A Practical Guide to Managing Benefits on Projects presented by Mark Crisp

This webinar aims to provide participants with away to capture value on projects by taking them through a process for identifying, planning and realising benefits. Along the way Mark will share a few tools and tips that he has used in identifying and realising benefits on projects that he has managed in the past.

Mark works for DXC Technology and has worked in the field of IT project management for the past 20 years. During that time he has successfully managed and delivered multi-million pound projects in the manufacturing, retail and public sector industries. More recently Mark has focused on helping other project managers fulfil their potential by working on improving the PM processes and tools available to them. He played an active part in an initiative with Cranfield University to look at how Project Management could be improved within the company. Additionally, he coaches up and coming project managers looking to make a career out of project management and has been a speaker at a number of PMI events in the UK. Mark is a "big picture" thinker and likes to challenge people's perceptions of project management and how best to go about it.
