June 2020 | Strategic Design and Project Delivery – Bridging the Gap presented by Lee Lambert

Webinar Description

Organizations don't conduct projects just for the "fun" of it. Each project is selected to contribute to the achievement of Strategic Objectives of the organization. If somehow the project gets disconnected from the strategy the result may well be wasted resources with no Return on Investment (ROI).

Don't let your project fall into this trap. Stay connected. If your project doesn't support the Strategy, "why are you doing it"?

In this webinar Lee Lambert explained:

  • What is strategy?
  • Whose responsibility is it?
  • What can you do to see where a project fits?
  • How can you take an active role in executing strategy?
  • What kind of information is needed?
  • Determining the impact of strategy disconnect
