In this interactive session Mark Sutherland will demonstrate two of the tools in place to support individual capability development. The Project Delivery Capability Framework (PDCF) which outlines the different roles, competencies and learning within the UK Government project delivery profession. The Government Online Skills Tool (GOST) is the vehicle for project delivery professionals to assess their skills in their current and future roles, identify their gaps and build their own development plans.
