About Dr Sara Hajikazemi

Dr Sara Hajikazemi is a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at London South Bank Business School. She obtained her PhD and MSc in Project Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. She has several years of experience in teaching, research and enterprise in the field of project management and has performed research on a variety of projects within different industries including oil and gas, construction, manufacturing and healthcare. Sara has published her research in peer-reviewed and well recognised journals within the field of project management and has presented her research in tens of academic conferences and business workshops in Europe and overseas.

About Dr Rea Prouska

Dr Rea Prouska is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at London South Bank Business School. Rea’s research focus is on developing theoretical and practical approaches to improving work relationships (employee voice/silence) and working life (quality of working life, working conditions) and, subsequently, to use these approaches to better understand these concepts in a variety of economic contexts (e.g. emerging, transition, crisis economies) and organisational settings (e.g. SMEs, project-based organisations). She has co-edited books, published academic papers in various journals in the HRM field and authored/co-authored numerous book chapters. Her work has been presented in a variety of internationally reputed academic conferences and events.
