The AGM is a great opportunity to hear about Chapter achievements through 2021 and H1 2022, what we have planned for the remainder of this year and beyond and of course, meet our current Board.
Through the use of Mentimeter, this session will be interactive with time for attendees to pose questions to the Board!
As we have done over the past two years, this AGM will be fully virtual affording the opportunity for all members to attend. The outline agenda is as follows:
- Presentation of 2021 accounts
- PMI UK Charitable status
- Overview of the focus for this year
- Highlights from across the Chapter
Charitable Status
Following a unanimous decision by the Chapter Board, we will be soon asking you to vote on the proposal for PMI UK Chapter to commence application for full Charitable status. This is an important milestone for our chapter and aims to better reflect our contribution to the profession and the activities we undertake. As part of this proposal, we will be sharing revised Articles of Association and seeking your vote ahead of the AGM.
Additional votes
As part of the annual process, we will also be seeking member approval of the Annual Accounts and appointment of proposed Auditors. In the coming week, we’ll provide further communication on the voting process, timeline and supporting documents.
